By popular demand we will continue the long tradition of Sushi Nights at The Shoalwater. Chef Red trained with sushi chefs in Florida before coming to the northwest, and Sean Whittaker (our chef de cuisine) got his sushi training at Snobird Ski Resort in Park City, Utah. The menu will include sashimi, assorted nigiri and rolls, edamame, sunomono salad, and a few surprises for the folks who'd prefer tempura or teriyaki to sushi. reservations are requested. 503.325.6777

valentine's day weekend
we have put together a lovely 4-course lover's menu featuring a Willapa bay oyster sampler, housemade crab "rangoon" ravioli, lobster stew, prosciuto-wrapped halibut and a mixed grill with lamb tenderloin, game hen and chorizo sausage and, of course, Ann's traditional Valentine's Day Boccono Dolce (crispy meringue hearts filled with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and bittersweet chocolate sauce). Yum! Reservations are suggested.
